Sophie XIAO was born in Beijing, graduated from Law School of Peking University. She also holds a master degree in business administration and BA in English. She has 15 years experience working for the world leading utility group based in France, specialising in deal structures, drafting agreements, and contract management. Sophie previously worked in Hong Kong under the same group, now she advises and manages the group’s activities in Asia out of Sydney, Australia.
